Do framing changes need a permit in Calgary?
Structural changes and most new walls in developments do. We pull and manage all City of Calgary permits.
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes, with proper engineering, beams and permits. We manage the full process including inspections.
How do you frame basements differently?
Below-grade framing gets moisture gaps, treated bottom plates and insulation detailing that prevents future mold problems.
Is your framing guaranteed straight?
Laser-levelled and checked before drywall. Wavy walls are a symptom of rushed framing; ours is covered by our workmanship warranty.
